Neuraltherapeutische Behandlungsergebnisse der Migräne

Becke) Zusammenfassung Die polypragmatische Therapie der Migräne ist unbefriedigend. Die noch nicht geklärte Pathomorphologie weist auf differente Regulationsstörungen. Der Einsatz der Neuraltherapie als Regulationstherapie zur Stabilisierung gestörter Regelmechanismen mit gezielten Behandlungsansätzen zur Reduzierung des nozizeptiven Inputs und zur Verminderung der zentralen Aktivierungsmechanismen wird an einer Stichprobe von 135 Patientinnen vorgestellt und statistisch untersucht. Neben segmentalen Injektionen einschließlich an sympathisch-parasympathische Ganglien wird umfassend von der Störfeldbehandlung Gebrauch gemacht. Bei 54 Patientinnen (40 %) kam die Manuelle Therapie zusätzlich zum Einsatz. Insgesamt wurden 63 7 % beschwerdefrei über einen Zeitraum von mehr als 6 Monaten und 17 % wurden gebessert. Der komplexe Einsatz der Neuraltherapie kann als suffiziente Therapie zur Behandlung der Migräne empfohlen werden. Summary The polypragmatical therapy of the headache is not satisfying. The till yet not elucidated pathomorphology points out to different regulation disorders. The use of the neural therapy as regulation therapy for the stabilization of disturbed regulatory mechanisms with purposeful approaches of the treatment for the reduction of noziceptive input as well as for the reduction of central activation mechanisms is shown at 135 female patients as a sample taken off-hand and it is statistically examined. Apart from segmental injections including at sympathetic-parasympathetic ganglia comprehensive use is made of the treatment of disturbing fields. In 54 of the female patients (40 %) the manual therapy was additionally applied. In total 63.7 % were free of complaints over a period of more than 6 months and 17 % were improved.
