Ginkgo-Extrakte Chromatographische Standardisierung und Einflüsse der Herstellung auf die Zusammensetzung

Abstract: Dr. rer. nat. R.-D. Aye Lüneburg Zusammenfassung Die Standardisierung der in Fertigarzneimitteln eingesetzten Ginkgo-Spezialextrakte erfolgt auf Ginkgo-Flavonglykoside berechnet als Ginkgo-typische Cumarsäureester sowie auf Ginkgo-typische Terpenlaktone. Bei den Flavonglykosiden wird das chromatographische Muster der Quercetin- Kaempferol- und Isorhamnetin-Glykoside mit dem eines Standard-Extraktes verglichen. Außerdem erfolgt die quantitative HPLC-Bestimmung der Aglyka nach Säurehydrolyse. Die Analyse der Terpenlaktone erfolgt gaschromatographisch nach Derivatisierung. Handelsübliche Extrakte werden häufig auf etwa 24% Ginkgo-Flavonglykoside eingestellt; bei den Terpengehalten ist die Variationsbreite groß. Geringe Änderungen im Extraktionsverfahren können zu ausgeprägten Verschiebungen in der stofflichen Zusammensetzung der Ginkgo-Extrakte führen. Ginkgo Extracts. Chromatographic Standardization and Influence of the Production Process on the Compounds: The standardization of Ginkgo special extracts used in preparations is based on Ginkgo flavone glycosides determined as ginkgotypical coumarinacid ester as well as ginkgotypical terpine lactones. The chromatographic pattern for the flavone glycosides quercetin kaempferol and isorhamnetin glycosides was compared to the pattern of a standard extract. In addition quantitative HPLC determination of aglyca after acid hydrolysis was carried out. The analysis of the terpine lactones was done gaschromatographically after derivatisation. Commercial extracts are often adjusted to about 24% Ginkgo flavone glycosides; the spectrum of variation of the terpine contents is wide. Slight modifications on the extraction method could lead to distinct changes in the compounds of Ginkgo extracts. ab
