Abstract: It has be considered that extracting a tooth will still not guarantee a suffient repair. Thereto belongs an intensive curetting of the mostly pathologically changed jawbone even in the roentgenography was unremarkable. Likewise important is a neuraltherapeutical aftercare. Sometimes it happens that the clinical result after repair of a teeth fails to come or is not satisfying; in such a case one make think of the repair of the teeth having only removed the rigidity of the regulation and that the final result may only appear after subsequent intensive treatment in the segment. Espacially important in geriatrics: any surgical repair of the changes (often adversely) the existing prosthetic conditions. Therefore, prior to the repair it must be examined wether an equal therapeutical effect may be achieved by repeated infiltrations into the suspicious segments of the jaw. Fortunately this is not seldom the case.
