Abstract: Patients, suffering from neurodermatitis and allergy were treated successfully with a biological therapy. The new concept consist of several steps: therapy of detoxication, hyposensitisation, local therapy, diet, immunomodulation and supporting psychotherapy. 10 typical cases are presented and discussed.
