Adipositas und karbonitrogene Konstitution

Abstract: Dr. med. G. Wünstel Mainz Zusammenfassung Der Begriff "Konstitution" im Sprachgebrauch der Homöopathie ist nicht mit dem Konstitutionsbegriff der Schule vergleichbar. Ein Konstitutions-Arzneimittel der Homöopathie bezeichnet das Vorliegen eines Symptomenkomplexes eines charakteristischen Syndroms das an ein bestimmtes Arzneimittel bzw. eine Arzneimittelgruppe denken läßt. Adipositas assoziieren wir z. B. mit der "karbonitrogenen Konstition" nach von Grauvogl (1811-1877) und mit der "karbonischen Konstitution" der Homöopathie. Diesen Konstitutionen liegt eine Ausscheidungsstörung von CO2 (= Lungen) und Stickstoff (= Nieren) zugrunde. Dies manifestiert sich sekundär in einer Verlangsamung des Stoffwechsels in Stauungen des Blut- und des Lymphkreislaufs in Störungen des Kalkstoffwechsels und des Wasserhaushaltes und in einer Unterfunktion von Hypophyse Schilddrüse Keimdrüsen und Epithelkörperchen. Selbstverständlich sind nicht immer alle diese Merkmale nachzuweisen. Die Ausscheidungsschwächen von Lungen und Nieren sind jedoch unabdingbar. Einige homöopathische Arzneimittel werden vorgestellt. Sie gehören alle - außer Thuja - dem Mineralreich an und zählen zumeist zu den Karbonaten. Gemeinsam ist ihnen die Konstellation Adipositas und karbonitrogene Konstitution. Summary In the language of the homoeopathy the term "constitution" cannot be compared with terms of constitution of the school. A constitution drug of the homoeopathy denotes the presence of a complex of symptoms of a characteristic syndrome which let think of a certain drug or a certain group of drugs respectively. We associate adipositas for instance with the "carbo-nitrogen constitution" according to Grauvogl (1811-1877) and with the "carbonic constitution" of the homoeopathy. These constitutions are due to a disorder in the elimination of CO2 (= lungs) and nitrogen (= kidneys). This is secondarily manifest in a decrease of the rate of the metabolism in congestions in the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid in disorders in the calcium metabolism and the water household as well as in a hypofunction of the pituitary gland the thyroid gland the testicles and ovaries and the parathyroidal glands. All of these features can of course not always be demonstrated. However the insufficient elimination through the lungs and kidneys is always implicit and evidential. Some homoeopathic drugs are described. They all belong - except Thuja - to the minerals and mostly to the carbonates. Common to all of them is the constellation of adipositas and "carbo-nitrogen constitution". wt
