Ergebnisse bei Zahnstörfeldern in der Allgemeinpraxis

Abstract: Dr. med. R. Schmerler Glesien Zusammenfassung 100 Patienten mit Zahnstörfeldern aus einer Landpraxis wurden im Verlauf von sieben Jahren erfaßt und analysiert. Diagnosegruppen: Bewegungsapparat (59) Kopfschmerzen (15) allergische Erkrankungen (10) Herzrhythmusstörungen (6) sonstige (10). Mit Abstand am häufigsten waren die Zähne Nr. 8 und 6 gefolgt von 7 und 3 sowie 5 4 2 und 1 betroffen. Bei 11 verlagerten Zähnen waren Nr. 8 9mal sowie Nr. 3 und 5 je 1mal vertreten. Seitenübereinstimmung mit dem Störfeld bestand bei 80 % der einseitigen Erkrankungen. Der Huneke-Test wurde nur bukkal durchgeführt und erbrachte bei ca. 50 % der Patienten vollständige bei ca. 35 % mehr als die Hälfte und bei ca. 15 % keine Besserung. Dies sollte die in der Literatur geforderte bukkale und palatinale Testung überdenken lassen. Die Testinjektion allein führte bei 11 % zur anhaltenden Beschwerdefreiheit. Summary Within the course of seven years 100 individuals with disturbing fields at the teeth which were patients of a medical practice in the country-side were registered and analyzed. Groups according to the diagnosis: motive apparatus (59) cephalalgy (15) allergic diseases (10) disorders of the cardiac rhythm (6) others (10). The theeth no. 8 and 6 were by far most frequently affected followed by no. 7 and 3 as well as no. 5 4 2 and 1. In 11 dislocated teeth were included: no. 8 nine times no. 3 and 5 one time each. In 80 % of the unilateral diseases the side was consistent with the disturbing field. The Huneke test was only performed by buccal injection and resulted in an improvement as follows: complete in about 50 % of the patients; more than half in about 35 % of the patients; and none in about 15 % of the patients. This should be considered a reason to review the buccal and palatal testing as required in the literature. The test injection alone resulted in 11 % of the patients to be continuously free of complaints. wt
