Sinusitis

Abstract: Dr. med. A. Reyher Fritzlar Zusammenfassung Die Sinusitis wird allgemein unter dem Aspekt der Abflußbehinderung und des Sekretstaus mit Antibiotika Mukolytika entzündungshemmenden sowie abschwellenden Mitteln behandelt. Der funktionelle Aspekt der Schleimhautabwehr wird zu wenig berücksichtigt. Durch Ernährungsbehandlung mit Symbioselenkung kann die Abwehr der respiratorischen Schleimhaut gestärkt werden. Mit Akupunktur kann ohne Medikamentenbelastung der Sekretabfluß verbessert und die Durchblutung der Mukosa gefördert werden. Möglichkeiten der homöopathischen Behandlung der akuten als auch der chronischen Sinusitis werden aufgezeigt. Summary The sinusitis is in general treated under the aspect of inhibited efflux and blocked secretion and that using antibiotics mucolytics inflammation inhibiting as well as deswelling drugs. Too little attention is paid to the functional aspects of the resistance of the mucous membranes. By means of nutrition treatment together with directing the symbiosis the resistance of the respiratory mucous membrane can be increased. The efflux of the secretion and also the perfusion of the mucosa can be improved with acupuncture and that without exposure to medicaments. Possibilities for the homoeopathic treatment of the acute as well as chronic sinusitis are described. wt
