Schumpelick) Zusammenfassung Seltene und komplizierte Handverletzungen werden bei polytraumatisierten Patienten primär häufig übersehen. Es wird über eine Luxationsfraktur des Karpometakarpalgelenkes bei gleichzeitiger Fraktur des Os trapezium und naviculare berichtet. Nach Exstirpation des Os trapezium und Belassen der Luxationsstellung ist keine nennenswerte Proximalisierung des Daumenstrahls aufgetreten. Trotz Verkürzung der Mittelhand ist der Patient bis auf eine mäßige Bewegungseinschränkung des Handgelenkes nahezu beschwerdefrei. Therapy and Prognosis of a Rare Hand Injury: Rare and complicated injuries of the hand tend to be overlooked in multiple trauma injuries. We report a dislocation of the carpometacarpal joint with concomitant fracture of the os trapezium and naviculare. After removal of the os trapezium without any further reduction of the dislocation a significant proximalization of the thumb could not be observed. The patient is despite some shortening of the metacarpal region and slight inhibition of joint mobility without any major complaints. ab
