Therapeutische Lokalanästhesie und Neuraltherapie

Huneke Düsseldorf Zusammenfassung Beide Methoden bedienen sich des vegetativen Nervensystems und peripherer Nerven in dem sie mit Lokalanästhetika (überwiegend Procain oder Lidocain-Abkömmlingen) Schädigungen des Nervensystems entgegenwirken und dadurch Störungen in Folge mechanischer thermischer chemischer oder osmotischer Reize verschiedener Art durch Repolarisation des Nervengewebes wieder aufheben. Dadurch wird eine normale Leitfähigkeit des ursprünglich gestörten Nerven wiederhergestellt und die Eigenregulierung des Organismus wieder in Gang gesetzt. Hierzu gibt es drei verschiedene Angriffspunkte: 1. die Segment- oder lokale Therapie 2. die Behandlung von Nervenknoten (Ganglien) 3. die Behandlung über ein verursachendes Störfeld. Diese letzte Möglichkeit wird allerdings von den Vertretern der therapeutischen Lokalanästhesie nicht benutzt da die Erfolge zwar mit klinischen Methoden nachweisbar objektivierbar und reproduzierbar sind aber in mancher Hinsicht noch nicht zweifelsfrei erklärbar sind. Damit ein Störfeld überhaupt vorliegt sind ganz spezielle Bedingungen erforderlich die im weiteren erklärt werden. Es wird auf die Physiologie der therapeutischen Lokalanästhesie (TLA) und der Neuraltherapie (NT) eingegangen. Anhand einiger Beispiele besonders im Kopfbereich wird die Therapie erläutert. Summary Both methods avail themselves of the vegetative nervous system and peripheral nerves counteracting damages of the nervous system by means of local anaesthetics (predominantly procaine (novocaine) or lidocaine derivatives) and thus compensating through repolarization of the nervous tissue any disorders resulting from various kinds of mechanical thermic chemical or osmotic irritations. In this way a normal conductivity of the formerly disturbed nerve is restored and the proper regulation of the organism is reactived. There are three different approaches: 1. the segment or local therapy; 2. the treatment of ganglia; 3. the treatment through a field causing the disturbance. However this latter possibility is not used by representatives of the therapeutical local anaesthesia since the positive results are indeed demonstrate objectifiable and reproducible with clinical methods but in some respect are not yet explainable without doubt. For the general existence of a disturbing field there are very special conditions required which are further explained. It is dealt with the physiology of the therapeutical local anaesthesia (TLA) and the neural therapy (NT). On the basis of some examples particularly in the region of the head the therapy is explained. wt
