Interleukin-1-Aktivierung bei Fiebertherapie in Abhängigkeit von der Körpertemperatur

Abstract: Dr. med. B.-M. Heiny Klinik am Oberachweg Rottach-Egern Zusammenfassung Die Fiebertherapie stellt eine wertvolle Ergänzung bei der Behandlung solider Tumoren dar. Dabei ist - wie in der vorliegenden Arbeit dargelegt - nur ein moderater Anstieg der Temperatur auf Werte von 38 5 bis 39 Grad Celsius notwendig um die in der Tumortherapie erwünschten Effekte T-Zellaktivierung NK-Stimulierung Steigerung der Hämatopoese zu erzielen. Eine weitere Erhöhung der Temperatur ist weder notwendig noch erwünscht. Summary The fever therapy is a valuable supplement to the treatment of solid tumours. For this only a moderate increase of the temperature to values of 38.5 to 39 °C is necessary as shown in the present paper in order to achieve the effects desired in the tumour therapy T-cell activation NK-stimulation increase of the haemopoiesis. Any further increase of the temperature is neither necessary nor desirable. wt
