Abstract: Dr. med. S. P. Hauser Schweizerische Krebsliga Bern Zusammenfassung Gemüsesaftmischung aus Roter Bete Rüebli Sellerieknollen Rettich und Kartoffeln sowie verschiedene Tees. Während 42 Tagen soll nur 1/4 bis 1 Liter der Gemüsesaftmischung (Fr. 5 40/l) pro Tag getrunken werden und dazu Tees in bestimmter zeitlicher Abfolge. Diese Kur wurde von R. Breuss Elektromonteur und Heilpraktiker um 1950 entwickelt. Promotoren: Biotta AG Reformhäuser Drogerien und Apotheken. Theorie: Gemäß Breuss entsteht Krebs durch lokale Blutverarmung infolge chronischen Drucks. Der Krebs lebe nur von festen Speisen; der Mensch jedoch könne von Gemüsesäften alleine leben damit könne der Krebs durch die Saftkur ausgehungert werden. Breuss behauptet daß er von den aufgegebenen Krebskranken 96% wiederhergestellt habe. Prüfung: Es existieren keine Statistiken nur Dankesschreiben die keiner genauen Prüfung standhalten. Lege artis dokumentierte geheilte Fälle fehlen. Total Cancer Cure According to Breuss: Vegetable Juice consisting of beetroot carrots celery bulbs radishes potatoe and in addition different teas. During 42 days one has to take only 1/4 to 1 liter of the vegetable juice mixture (Fr. 5.40/l) per day; also a variety of teas are taken according to a fixed sequence. The inventor is R. Breuss electrical mechanic and natural healer Vorarlberg Austria who first introduced it around 1950. Promoters are Biotta Inc. health food stores drugstores and pharmacies. Theory: According to Breuss cancer develops as a result of a localized blood depletion caused by chronic pressure whereby normal cells in such an impoverished environment have not enough oxygen and are forced to obtain energy by anaerobic phosphorylation. This process leads to the gradual formation of a cancerous state. Cancer cells derive their nutritional requirements only from solid foods whereas a human being can exist on a diet consisting of vegetable juices and teas thereby starring the cancerous cells. Breuss asserts that he can restore health in 96% of hopeless cancer patients. Scientific results: No statistics are available. Breuss only reports personal testimonies from his patients without any scientifically documented evidence of an anticancer efficacy. ab
