Wilms) Würzburg Zusammenfassung Anorektische Kinder und Jugendliche zeigen eine Reifungsstörung die eine biologische psychische und sozio-kulturelle Dimension hat und die Anorexia nervosa in der Entstehung wesentlich mitbedingt. Eine psychodynamische Sichtweise ermöglicht es die spezifischen Probleme und Entwicklungskrisen zu verstehen insbesondere jene der Pubertät (Pubertät als Reifungskrise). Die Beschäftigung mit Übergangsobjekten eröffnet sowohl psychodiagnostische als auch therapeutische Zugangsmöglichkeiten. Transitional Objects in Anorexia Nervosa: Anorectic children and adolescents show a disturbance in the process of maturation which itself causes anorexia nervosa. This process has biologic psychological and sociocultural dimensions. A psychodynamic view enables to understand the specific problems and crises of adolescent development especially of puberty. Dealing with transitional objects opens psychodiagnostic as well as therapeutic possibilities. ab
