Akupunktur bei Störungen im Bereich der Halswirbelsäule, des Nackens und Schultergürtels

Abstract: Generally applies: according to the basic understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine for the acupuncture (AP) it is necessary to connect single diagnostic symptoms to functional relations as inductive-synthetic experiences. The exact clinical diagnosis according to the rules of the manual medicine in case of the region of the cervical vertebral column-shoulder is another important support of the diagnosis. In the following AP with its variations the segment overlaps of the cervical vertebral column must be considered. This implies both the respective segmental distant points, also the tendinomuscular meridians, and also the dolent local points (Ashi), often trigger with respective reference zones.Very good results can be obtained with the contralateral AP in case of acute humeral disorders. Impressive is the distant effect of sedative needling of the motor point of the M. tibialis anterior (M 28) in case of any disorder of the humeral abduction and/or over the M. supraspinatus point (Dü 12), the distinctive muscle for the abduction disorder.
