The diagnosis of the patient's regulatory capabilities allows to recognize, to objectify and to document clearly the therapeutical effects of homoeopathy.This "subtle symptom inquiry" is, however"" of great value especially in therapy-resistant cases when the physician tries problems which prevent a therapy: Can this patient al treated with a homoeopathic t he show a reaction to this therapy or is it impossible even for the best homoeopathic drug to be successful?
