Abstract: After introductory words at first on the question of understanding the situation of a dying person but, furthermore, also about the moral-ethical-religious fundamental questions of suffering death generally and our knowledge and understanding of this state under the aspect of cultural history 3 homoeopathic drugs, viz. Carbo vegetabilis, Arsenicum album and Tarantula are shown in their array of indications. Finally, the literature about love and death is briefly mentioned and, thus, the attempt is made to explain why a person who lives in love is able to pass away more easily than that who is missing love.
