Abstract: The article reports on practical experience in music teaching with pre-school children enjoying specific special instruction in music. On the basis of current knowledge of talent development in pre-school children as well as the theoretical basis of rhythm as an educational principle, the author has developed a form of teaching which is transferable to all areas of pre-school special instruction. The 21 points relating to method represents the fruits of many years of practical work in this field and are intended as suggestions and stimuli rather than rigid rules. The play models given at the end are examples of many possible models used to make up the classes: they can be used and varied freely.
