Abstract: The sensory system perceives external impressions not only via the sense organs and responds to them, but the own self of men creates a balance and rather harmonizes the psychosomatic pendulum swings especially via the heat conditions and through the transformation of one energy form into another. Thus, the flow of the blood in the skin, such as congestion of blood and filling of the vein capillaries or the narrowing of the arterioles, makes visible the reddening and the paleness of the skin as psychic manifestations, even if they remain in the subconsciousness. Thus, the physician is also able to recognize an eczema with asthma (renal problems), an unsufferable pruritus in case of an otherwise mild neurodermatitis, a rosazea during the menopause and erythema in case of psychic stress as psychosomatic diseases.
