Mehrmals tägliche Salizylsäurephonophorese1

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. se. med. R. CALLIES) und dem Institut für Klinische Pharmakologie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. se. med. A. HOFFMANN) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena 1 Herrn Prof. em. Dr. sc. med. H. EDEL zum 75. Geburtstag gewidmet Zusammenfassung Physiotherapiemittel (Gleichschall: 0 9 W/cm2 und 9 min) und Arzneimittel (Salizylsäuresalbe 5 %ig) wurden als Phonophorese überprüft. Die Salizylsäure ist im Serum nachweisbar mit mehrmals täglichen Applikationen erreicht man höhere Serumkonzentrationen. Blutspiegelmaxima werden jeweils 2 Stunden nach Phonophorese erreicht und zeigen bei der dreimaligen Applikation auch noch danach dieses Niveau. Summary Physiotherapeutic remedies (direct sound; 0.9 W/cm2 and 9 min) and medicaments (salicylic acid ointment 5 per cent) were tested as phonophoresis. The salicylic acid is to be proved in the serum with repeatedly daily applications higher Serum concentrations are achieved. Maxima of the blood level are in every case achieved 2 hours after phonophoresis and in the threefold application they show this level also after this. ___MH
