Abstract: This paper is aimed at presenting a Music Therapy process and its rationale pertinent to the care of moderate to severly brain damaged multiple sclerosis patients whose main neuropshychological problem is disinhibition. It follows in time and format an earlier paper directed at applying a nueropshychological knowledge base in the use of music with severely brain damaged patients whose main neuropsychological problem is adynamia. Neuropsychological problems addressed by the music therapy process include: 1) Disinhibition, 2) Problem Solving Difficulties, 3)Adynamia 4) Memory Disturbances.
