Abstract: Contends that to help make the music therapy practicum experience successful for students, the university faculty and the music therapy clinician need to work cooperatively. Guidelines for both faculty and clinicians are presented in terms of student placement, training experiences, and facilitating cooperation between faculty and clinicians.
