Die Praxis der petechialen Saugmassage |
Abstract: The simpler the practical execution of petechial suction massage, the more infinitely varied is its applicability and thereby its indication range. This is evident from what is best known as "petechial capillary syndrome" made detectable by it and appearing as a latent capillary disorder in the early functional stage of organic diseases-as a disorder in the basic regulation system, even before organic symptoms can be grasped. Also available in addition to the 5 signals of the basis functions of the living person as elaborated by Pischinger (differential blood pattern, iodine binding values of the serum, electrical polarization properties of the skin surface O2 utilization of periphery)-which are well suited to research though ill-suited to day-to-day practice-is petechial suction massage, which is undoubtedly the simplest and fastest diagnostic method most free from risk, problems, and confusion and which offers the special added bonus of a strictly simultaneous and precisely location- and dose-related therapy. An increasing number of men and women colleagues explicitly confirm this. The case examples are intended to show how its application appears in the practice of a GP with its real promise of incentive rather than simply a remote survey. Elaboration of an indication list for the PSM may easily be overdone, since "petechial capillary syndrome" may occur everywhere, i.e. not only in the case of functional disorders without organic findings, i.e. "psychosomatic cases" (the somatic share being prevalent), but also in the case of all possible acute to acutest organic diseases, such as conditions alter cardiac infarcts or after cancer operations (see example 8) . According to both theory and PSM experiences, it can be concluded that the alleviation of pain or disorder caused by it is not only symptomatic or palliative, but also implies a genuine associated therapeutic Input. A clarification and quantification of its effect by individual scientific research in vital- microscopic, biochemical, biophysical, immunological microcirculatory, and pain-physiological fields should result in many new and interesting aspects precisely in relation to the capillary membrane so central to the organism. The overall result of its effect-its basic phenomenon-can only be confirmed in this manner.
