Physikalische Therapie des Parkinson-Syndroms

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physikalische Medizin der Universität Wien (Vorstand: Prof. Dr. H. Jantsch) Zusammenfassung Die Behandlung des hypertonen hypokinetischen Krankheitsbildes ist symptomgebunden. Bei den Behandlungszielen können prophylaktische von therapeutischen Maßnahmenunterschieden werden. Vorzubeugen wäre Kontrakturen Pneumonien und Haltungsschäden. Die Ziele der Therapie liegen in Tonusherabsetzung Bewegungsaktivierung Haltungsregulierung Kontrakturbehandlung Gangschulung Koordinations- und Reaktionstraining. Die prophylaktischen und therapeutischen Ziele werden vor allem mit Bewegungstherapie angestrebt. Unterstützend dienen Massage Kryotherapie Ultraschall- und Elektrotherapie die vorwiegend Schmerzen und Muskelzustand beeinzuflussen trachten. Auch die Ergotherapie sollte bei einer möglichst optimalen Betreuung des Parkinsonpatienten in das Gesamtbehandlungsprogramm integriert sein. Summary Physical therapy of Parkinson-syndrome The therapy of the hypertonic-hypokinetic disease of Parkinson is bound to the symptomes. The aims of treatment are divided into prophylaxis and therapy. Prophylaxis has to act against contractures pneumonia and false posture. The goal of therapy lies in reduction of muscle tonus activation of locomotion training of right erect posture and walking improvement of contractures coordination and reaction. The basis of physical treatment of Parkinson disease is fulfilled with therapeutic exercises. Additionally helpful are massage cryotherapy ultrasonic therapy and electrotherapy which are influencing primarily pain strains and muscular stiffness. Occupational therapy has to be integrated also in a optimal physical treatment of Parkinson patients. ___MH
