Abstract: Aus dem Wissenschaftsbereich Sportmedizin (Leiter: Prof. Dr. med. habil. J. SCHEIBE) der Sektion Sportwissenschaft (Direktor: Prof. Dr. se. phil. R. POHLMANN) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena 1 Herrn Prof. Dr. med. habil. J. SCHEIBE zum 50. Geburtstag gewidmet Zusammenfassung Anhand einer selbst entwickelten Meßmethode wird die thermische Komponente des Überwärmungsbades erfaßt. Dabei fällt auf daß die Körperoberfläche positiv zum Gewebetemperaturanstieg korreliert und es eine positive Beziehung zwischen der Haut- und Gewebetemperatur gibt. Somit besteht die Möglichkeit durch Messung der Haut- und Gewebetemperatur die Intensitäts-Zeit-Charakteristik des applizierten Physiotherapiemittels in der Einzelapplikation abzuklären. Damit könnten Hinweise für die Anwendung von physiotherapeutischen Maßnahmen zur schnelleren individuellen und sportartspezifischen Wiederherstellung des Binde- und Stützgewebes erarbeitet werden. Summary With the help of a measuring method which we developed the thermic component of the therapeutic hot bath that increases the temperature of the body is established. Here it is conspicuous that the body surface positively correlates to the increase of the tissue temperature and there is a positive relation between skin and tissue temperature. Thus we have the possibility by measurement of the skin and tissue temperature to clarify the intensity-time-characteristics of the applied physiotherapeutic remedy in the individual application. By this means references to the use of physiotherapeutic measures for a more rapid individual ans sport-specific regeneration of the connective tissue and the supporting tissue could be elaborated. ___MH
