Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. sc. med. R. CALLIES) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena Zusammenfassung Bei statischer Ultraschallapplikation (Gleichschall 0 6 W/cm2) mit Wasserankopplung wird eine um etwa 30 % geringere Temperatur im Gewebe erzielt als mit Ölankopplung. Dies ist offenbar auf das Auftreten von Gaskavitation im verwendeten Leitungswasser zurückzuführen. Summary In a static application of ultrasound (continuous sound 0.6 W/cm2) with water coupling a by about 30 % lower temperature in the tissue is achieved than by means of oil coupling. This is apparantly to be traced Back to the appearance of gas cavitation in the tap water used. ___MH
