Salizylsäurephonophorese und Salizylatnachweis

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. sc. med. R. CALLIES) und dem Institut für Klinische Pharmakologie (Direktor: Doz. Dr. sc. med. A. TTRAEGER) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena Zusammenfassung Salizylsäure appliziert als 10%ige Salbe penetriert durch die Haut und ist im Serum und ihre acetylierten Metabolite im Urin nachweisbar. Die Serumkonzentrationen zeigen eine lineare Abhängigkeit von der Salbenapplikationszeit. Ultraschall (Gleichschall) steigert die Penetration der Salizylsäure im Vergleich zur Salbenapplikation. Blutspiegelmaxima werden 120 min nach Applikation erreicht. Die Phonophorese ist eine Kombination von Physiotherapie und Arzneimitteltherapie zur Beeinflussung lokaler Schmerzgeschehen. Systemische Wirkungen des phonophoretischen applizierten Arzneimittels werden nicht erreicht. Summary Salieylic acid applied as a 10 per cent pintment penetrates through the skin and is to be proved in the serum and its acetylated metabolites in the urine. The serum concentrations show a linear dependence upon the application time of the ointment. Ultrasound (continous sound) increases the penetration of the salicylic acid in comparison to the application of the ointment. Blood level maxima are obtained 120 minutes after application. The phonophoresis is a combination of physiotherapy and pharmacotherapy for influencing local pain processes. Systemic effects of the phonophoretic applied drug are not achieved. ___MH
