Monotherapie der Hypertonie mit magnetischem Impulsfeld

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Kurortologie Physiotherapie und Rehabilitation Sofia (Direktor: Prof. Dr. St. Bussarov) Zusammenfassung Die Ergebnisse der Behandlung von 26 Pat. mit arterieller Hypertonie des I. II. und III. Studiums nach WHO mit niederfrequentem Impulsmagnetfeld mittels des Apparates MagnuH-80 in dem Sinus-carotis-Gebiet erzeugt werden beurteilt. Günstige Änderungen im klinischen Zustand mit einer beträchtlichen Beeinflussung der zerebralen Beschwerden von den kardialen gefolgt wurden festgestellt. Am Ende der Behandlung sank der systolische Arteriendruck von 21 1 kPa (158 1 mm Hg) auf 17 7 kPa (132 7 mm Hg) p < 0 001 und der diastolische von 13 4 kPa (100 8 mm Hg) auf 11 1 kPa (83 1 mm Hg) p < 0 001. Normalisierung des arteriellen Drucks erfolgte bei 20 Pat. ; bei den anderen 6 sank er beträchtlich ab. Die Pulsfrequenz verminderte sich von 80 auf 62 Schläge/min p < 0 01.Das Elektrokardiogramm zeigte eine Tendenz zur Besserung der ST-Senkung. Die Untersuchung demonstriert die therapeutischen Möglichkeiten des Apparates MagnitH-80 mit niederfrequentem Impulsmagnetfeld bei der Behandlung der Hypertonie die Voraussetzungen für eine sekundäre Prophylaxe der ischämischen Herzkrankheit und des Hirnschlags bietet. Summary The results of the treatment of 26 patients with arterial hypertension of the first second and third stage according to WHO with low frequency magnetic Impulse field produced by means of the apparatus Magnit H-80 in the carotid Sinus region are judged. Favourable changes in the clinical condition with a considerable influence an the cerebral complaints followed by the cardiac ones were stated. At the end of the treatment the systolic arterial pressure decreased from 21.1 kPa (158.1 mm Hg) to 17.7 kPa (132.7 mm Hg) p < 0.001 and the diastolic arterial pressure from 13.4 kPA (100.8 mm Hg) to 11.1 kPa (83.1 mm Hg) p < 0.001. The arterial pressure became normalized in 20 patients; in the other 6 patients it decreased considerably. The pulse rate decreased from 80 to 62 beats/min p < 0.01. The electrocardiogramme showed a tendency to the improvement of the ST depression. The investigation demonstrates the therapeutic possibilities of the apparatus Magnit H-80 with low frequency magnetic Impulse field in the treatment of hypertension which gives prerequisites for the secondary prophylaxis of the ischaemic heart disease and the cerebral stroke. ___MH
