Abstract: Employing the double blind trial we used a pocket apparatus set at magnetic pulse rate frequencies of 4 Hz against sleep disturbancies and of 10 Hz against complaints caused by meteorosensitiveness for the adjuvant treatment in three surgeries. The field strength was 5 gauss. Successful application at 4 Hz definitely proved to be statistically relevant. especially In cases of long-term treatment. Frequencies of 10 Hz also caused positive effects which. however. were less distinct. lt is being discussed whether there are any biological effects caused by magnetic fields.
