Untersuchungen zum Wirkungsmechanismus der Krenotherapie bei Harnwegsinfektionen

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physikalische Medizin Bioklimatologie und Medizinische Rehabilitation Bucuresti (Direktor: Dr. sc. med. CORNELIA DEGERATU) Zusammenfassung Die Arbeit bringt eine zusammenfassende Darlegung von Untersuchungsergebnissen bei Harnwegsinfektionen die in einer Zeitspanne von 10 Jahren mit Diuresekuren in einschlägigen Kurorten behandelt wurden (Olãnesti Cãlimãnesti Cãciulata-Cozia). Es werden verschiedene Aspekte der Kureffizienz dargestellt und vor allem die möglichen Wirkungsmechanismen der Krenotherapie als einer Diuresekur bei Harnwegsinfektionen besprochen: Verhinderung des Keimaufstiegs erhöhte Durchblutung der Medullarsubstanz Verminderung der osmotischen Hypertonie in der Nierenmedullarsubstanz sowie eine Verbesserung des Harnabflusses. Summary The article brings a summarizing presentation of results of investigations in infections of the urinary tract which were treated in a period of 10 years by means of diuresis cures in relevant health resorts (Olãnesti Cãlimãnesti Cãciulata-Cozia). Several aspects of the efficiency of the cure are presented and above all the possible mechanisms of action of the crenotherapy as a diuresis cure in infections of the urinary tract are discussed prevention of the ascension of germs increased blood supply of the medullary substance decrease of the osmotic hypertension in the renal medullary substance as well as an improvement of micturition. ___MH
