Kurzwellentherapie mittels Kondensatorfeldmethode bei Patienten mit Hämophthalmus

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. sc. med. R. CALLIES) und aus der Augenklinik (Direktor: Prof. Dr. sc. med. A. HEYDENREICH) des Bereiches Medizin der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena Zusammenfassung Die Kurzwellentherapie appliziert mittels Kondensatorfeldmethode hat sich bei den Patienten mit Hämophthalmus bewährt. Die durchgeführte Pilotstudie bestätigt das von uns gewählte Dosierungsmodell. Bei 18 von 31 Pat. konnte eine Resorption des Hämophthalmus und damit eine Visusverbesserung erzielt werden nachdem eine 3monatige medikamentöse Therapie ohne Erfolg war. Auf Grund unserer Ergebnisse erscheint eine günstige Beeinflussung des Hämophthalmus besonders bei diabetischer Retinopathie durch Kurzwellentherapie möglich. Summary The short-wave therapy applied by means of the condensator field method stood the test in the patients with haemophthalmus. The carried out pilot study confirms the dosage model chosen by us. In 18 of 31 patients an absorption of the haemophthalmus and thus an inprovement of vision could be achieved after a 3-month medicamentous therapy had been without any success. By reasong of our results a favourable influence an the haemophthalmus seems to be possible particularly in diabetic retinopathy by short-wave therapy. ___MH
