Venenverschlußrheographische Durchblutungsmessungen zur Kontrolle von Durchblutungsveränderungen nach perkutaner elektrischer Reizung von Akupunkturpunkten

Abstract: In a study on a total of 50 patients with blockage of the femoralis, it was shown that electrostimulation of acupuncture points caused a statistically significant improvement in the circulation. This effect took place regardless of the polarization.Stimulation on a neutral spot in the immediate proximity of the acupuncture points (2-3 cm away) caused no recordable increase in circulation.Finally, 45 out of 50 patients reported a subjective improvement of their complaints.
