A spontaneous recovery from cancer

Abstract: Presents the case of a spontaneous recovery from cancer in a 56-yr-old female musician who demonstrated a common observation in cancer patients: an external history of good health and social adjustment superimposed on a disturbed inner history. Speculations on the psychodynamics of cancer regression are included.
