Physikalisch-funktionelle Vorstellungen und Erfahrungen über die Entstehung und Behandlung der Epicondylopathia humeri

Senn) Bellikon Schweiz Zusammenfassung: Ziel der Arbeit ist die Vorstellung eines aktiv betonten konservativen Therapieprogrammes für das akute und chronische Stadium der Epicondylopathia humeri radialis. Es basiert auf der Verknüpfung bekannter pathophysiologischer Zusammenhänge (Ansatztendopathie myofasziale Triggerpunkte Nervenkompression) und den manuell bzw. palpatorisch zu erhebenden Untersuchungsbefunden. Die Hauptkomponenten einer optimalen konservativen Therapie sind die Entlastung der Einsatz von Orthesen die Triggerpunktbehandlung eine befundentsprechende Krankengymnastik und die Dehnung der Extensoren und Antagonisten als intensives Selbsthilfeprogramm. Die Literatur zu ätiopathogenetischen Vorstellungen und anderen konservativen bzw. operativen Therapieverfahren wird diskutiert. Physical functional ideas and experiences on the genesis and treatment of pathological epicondylus lateralis humeri: The purpose of this paper is the presentation of an active albeit conservative treatment programme for the acute and chronic stages of the pathological condition of epicondylus lateralis humeri. This is based on the linkage between well-known mutually connected pathophysiological phenomena (such as attachment tendopathy myofascial trigger sites nerve compression) and the findings on manual or palpatory examination. Main components of optimal conservative treatment are relief from mechanical stress use of ortheses treatment of trigger points physiotherapy (exercises) in accordance with findings and stretching of extensors as well as antagonists in self-help schedules. The paper also discusses the available literature on update etiopathogenetic ideas and other conservative or surgical therapeutic approaches.
