Holistische Rehabilitation- Ganzheitsmedizinische Ansätze in rehabilitations-wissenschaftlicher Forschung, Ausbildung und Lehre -- Teil 1 u. Teil II

Abstract: An order of life in all areas should be created in the case of healthy people, patients and patients undergoing rehabilitation in consideration of somatic and psychic relations of order. This is done within the scope of regulation systems and biorhythms, by revealing modes of behaviour and factors which make ill, in order to master diseases and to lead to a self-responsible health care.Remembering the hippocratic "diaita", makes a healthy way of life possible; the physician functions as a "Therapon physion iatros", supporting the vital force (physis) which is inherent in the organism of the patient and the patient undergoing rehabilitation, reviving also the holistic concept of J. C Smuts.Individual and group treatments which are founded by depth psychology, autogenous training and hypnosis with the approach of the organismic shift from the ergotropic to the trophotropic phase, further differential relaxation therapies, bioenergetic methods including the concentrative motion therapy provide for a psychic stabilisation. According to concurrent examinations by the psycho-neuro-immunology, this results in an increase of the physical resistance and mainly influences the healing process. The introduction of the patient or the patient undergoing rehabilitation as a subject (according to V v. Weizsäcker) into clinics and rehabilitation with approaches of the behaviour medicine, induces and accelerates scientific reflection also in the future: In the case of an orientation according to an individual case, the biography of the patient will be included in a therapy alliance, which adjusts itself to an integrated bio-psycho-social understanding of health and illness, considering the medical, biological, psychological and social factors which influence the situation of the patient. The multidimensionality of the psychosomatic therapy overcomes a mere reductionisticpositivistic explanation model of a disease as a monocausal organic disorder and provides for the building up of resources in the patient.Especially in the case of a chronic disease, the patient has to experience the physical, intellectual, emotional as well as mental dimension of a mastering process and at the same time he has to activate physical as well as mental energies for becoming healthy or for mastering his disease. Conclusion: In order to find oneself, which can be founded anthropologically, a mastering of the disease and a Formation of health is necessary which can be reached by a self-responsible change of one's own life style. The order therapy contributes to this, e. g. in an acute and/or rehabilitation clinic, in the future with a pre- and post stationary ambulant treatment at the place of residence, in a integrative, interdisciplinary oriented "therapy in a team".
