Influence of a pool of high dilutions of sulpiride on the estrus cycle modified by administration of ponderal doses of sulpiride to rats

Abstract: Psychotropic agents such as sulpiride induce more or less pronounced alterations of the estrus cycle (lengthening: blockage) which are dose related. We studied the protective and curative effect of high dilutions of sulpiride on the estrus cycle of the rat treated with ponderal doses of sulpiride in October, March and September. Female Wistar AF lOPS rats housed under controlled conditions received i.p. a pool of high dilutions (log 21-31) at D-13, D-10, D-7, D- using high dilutions.
