Wünstel; Mainz Zusammenfassung Die mögliche Therapie einer Zystopyelitis mit Homöopathika wird an drei durch ihr Arzneimittelbild hierfür besonders geeigneten Arzneimitteln dargestellt. Weitere Ausgangspunkte für andere Arzneimittel werden angeführt und Beispiele hierfür aufgezeigt. Die Therapie einer Zystopyelitis mit Homöopathika ist nur unter strenger Kontrolle des Befundes ärztlich-ethisch vertretbar. Wenn die Homöopathie nicht rasch anspricht muß eine schulgemäße Therapie durchgeführt werden. Summary The possible therapy of a cystopyelitis with homoeopathic drugs is described at three drugs which due to their pictures are especially suited for this. Further approaches for other drugs are shown and examples for these are given. The therapy of a cystopyelitis with homoeopathic drugs is medical-ethically only justifiable under strict control of the medical findings. If the homoeopathic treatment does not show a soon effect then a therapy according to the classical medicine must be performed. Key words: cystopyelitis pyelonephritis homoeopathy wt
