Tageszeitliche Einflüsse bei der Therapie mit mikrobiellen Präparaten

Abstract: Microbial preparations contain living and/or destroyed microbes and/or their components or metabolic products, respectively. In the "Rote Liste" ("Red Index") of 1991 there are 34 such preparations included.The members of the Association for Microbiological Therapy as founded in 1954 had noticed that the effect of microbial preparations, especially of auto and hetero vaccines, was often quite different depending an the time of day they were applied. The reasons for this can only now be explained an the basis of the results provided by the chronobiological research.Especially significant are the rhythms of the body temperature, the blood pressure and heart rate, liver rhythms, variations in the corpuscular components of the blood and above all the concentration of the cortisol in the plasma during the day.The conclusions, in particular also for increasing the dosis in case of vaccine injections, are briefly discussed.
