Muskelrelaxation und Durchblutung bei Patienten mit Herzklappenfehlern

Beste Medizinische Hochschule Konstanty-Gutschow-Str. 8 3000 Hannover 61 Zusammenfassung Bei 56 Patienten mit Herzklappenerkrankungen (mittleres Alter 54 ± 9 Jahre) und 22 Kontrollpersonen (56 ± 12 Jahre) wurde venenverschlußplethysmographisch die arterielle Durchblutung in der unteren Extremität bestimmt. Die Ruhedurchblutung unterschied sich mit 2 1 ± 1 0 ml/100 ml · min nicht signifikant von dem Kontrollgruppenwert (p = 0 09). An einer Untergruppe von 36 Patienten und 12 Kontrollpersonen konnte anschließend photomotographisch die M. triceps surae-Halbrelaxationszeit bestimmt werden. Die Muskelhalbrelaxationszeit war für die Vitium cordis-Patienten mit 305 ± 40 msec wenig länger als die Relaxationszeit der Kontrollpersonen 297 ± 40 msec (p = 0 58). Summary Muscle relaxation and blood flow by vitium cordis-patients The artery blood flow in the lower limb of 56 patients with heart valvular disease (mean age 54 ± 9 years) and 22 control persons (56 ± 12 years) was measured by a venous occlusion plethysmograph. At rest the blood flow of 2 1 ± 1 0 ml/100 ml · min was not significantly different from the control group value (p = 0 09). Adjacent the M. triceps surae half relaxation time could be investigated photomotographically by a subgroup of 36 patients and 12 control persons. The muscle half relaxation time was for the vitium cordis-patients with 305 ± 40 msec a few longer than the relaxation time of the control persons 297 ± 40 msec (p = 0 58). hl
