Ist Musiktherapie empirisch begrundbar? (Is there an empirical basis for music therapy?)

Abstract: Discusses the (a) ongoing differentiation between clinical music therapy and educationally oriented music therapy and (b) the problem of assessing the effectiveness of music therapy. The importance of evaluating outcomes and operations research is noted, with special emphasis on methodological problems in assessing emotion-laden events.
