Säure-Basen-Haushalt - eine Studie zur Evaluierung verschiedener MessmethodenTeil 3

Abstract: In a study, several measurement methods of the acidbase balance have been performed:Blood gas analysis according to Astrup, acid titration of the urine according to Sander, lactate measurements and sensorial provocation as by applied kinesiology.The obtained parameters were related to each other and compared.The result was, that no measurement method, applied individually, can make a clear statement about the acidbase situation of the patient. Parameters gathered with different methods have to be put together to one overall picture.The therapy has to aim at the treatment of metabolic, mechanical and emotional stress. Therapeutical proposals are made for typical metabolic stressors and we show some clinical examples are shown.
