Abstract: On the basis of 50 years of experience as psychiatrist and clinic psychotherapist the author treats the following two topics: I. The double-sided characteristics of human dreams as a basic structure of the primary psychic processes. 2. In contrast,the communicative univocity if the therapeutic answer as messagees of the patients.
