Abstract: Ferrum phosphoricum is well known in homoeopathic practice as an acute remedy. It is rarely prescribed as a chronic remedy. In the following, the treatment of a severe clinical picture (Wegener´s disease) with Ferr-p. as a chronic remedy is described.
