Abstract: Today's medicine is intellectually situated between two extreme positions: the monism of methods and the compulsion of methods of traditional medicine and the methodological anarchy of holistic naturopathy. The structuralism as a theory of the relation of elements forms the connection between both extreme positions.The change of consciousness is in fact the precondition for a public and democratic criticism of sciences.
