Music Therapy with Deaf Babies

Abstract: These studies began in Jerusalem in l972 with a group of hypo-acoustic babies. This work is based on affection, aided by a sonorous-corporal-musical bond with the patient and his family, in babies whose difficulty was detected during the first months of their lives and treated with the resources I apply: sounds, vibrations, heartbeat, breathing rhythm, among others. I can see a number of very favourable changes in the babies' physical and psychological development and in their relation towards their environment.
