Qigong zur Förderung der Eigenverantwortung

Abstract: In the Promotion of health by Qigong it is a matter of concern, to give the participants of the course the chance, to participate actively in maintaining health or in the process of recovery. By carrying out the exercises themselves, the self-confidence of the participants is increased and the pleasure in working with "body and soul" is roused. The simple exercises are based on the general principles, which can be experienced by everybody.The Chinese method of meditative movement can be used in nearly every situation of life/every state of health and does not require any special preconditions.What is very important for the person who carries out the exercises, is the subjective experience, e.g. the feeling of a special inner peace and balance (Qigong state). In addition, there are already studies, which deal with the characterization of the Qigong state with the help of brain waves. There are also studies about the therapy supporting influence of Qigong exercises.
