Vitalstoff- und enzymreiche Lebensmittel zur GesundheitsprophylaxeAufbau eines antioxidativen Schutzschildes und Therapie verschiedener Krankheitsbilder |
Abstract: Deficits of vital ingredients in our food have become very common, due to the acid rain, long ways of Transport, too long storage and the way foods are processed in the kitchen. Some foods contain only a part of the vital nutrients like vitamins and trace minerals they used to contain only 10 years ago. Artificial, synthetically manufactured vitamin and mineral pills have not fulfilled the expectations of health experts. As an alternative, one should include tropical, enzyme-rich fruits in the food, and enzyme consumption on a dally basis, since the dominant habit of cooking destroys all the enzymes in the food, and enzyme deficit has become common already among people only 35 years old, and diseases of the pancreas are increasing. Moreover, it seems to be important to include natural supplements like wheat- and barleygrass, freshly squeezed or as an enzyme-active powder or tablet, and algae, because of their high and balanced amount of chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids and enzymes. Among these concentrated, dried "living" foods, the wild-grown AFA-Algae from Lake Klamath seems to be outstanding, since this "super food" also harmonizes the emotional and mental planes. There is even a healthy alternative for sugar and artificial sweeteners available now, beneficial and calorie-free, also for people suffering from diabetes: Stevia rebaudiana, the Paraguayan "honey leaf", up to 300 times as sweet as sugar.
