Idea support in the creative personality concept

Abstract: The contribution presents partial results of a broadly conceptualized research project focused on creative climate. In particular, we: 1) offer a view of the high and low creative respondents' subjective perception of supporting ideas in the context of creative climate dimensions; 2) analyze the role of predictors of creative personality, such as dominance, social boldness, openness toward changes, imaginativeness and perfectionism, in the perception of this climate characteristics.
