Abstract: A 12 year old boy suffered from a sever keratoconjunctivitis vernalis with ulcers on cornea The steroid therapy was not sufficient and some homoeopathic attempts negative. Because of the lack if chronic symptoms, the way of selection the remedy was based on the local symptoms. With the correct remedy his ailments disappeared and the steroid therapy was stopped.
