Abstract: The object of the investigation is the question, whether the clinical picture of the atopic eczema correlates with the microbiologic structures of the intestinal tract, and whether the systemic causal references can be investigated. To clarify this question, a therapeutic concept has been developed over a period of twenty years with the aim, to restore the competence of the intestine associated immune system.Experience has shown, that this goal can be reached when1 . the organism is led out of its inactivity by the eliminiation of deficiencies of oxygen and vital substances, and2. a systematic training with an autovaccine, consisting of heat inactivated germs of the coli species from stool specimen of the affected persons, can be practised successfully, when the deficiencies of vital substances and oxygen are eliminated.With the help of the above mentioned therapeutic measures, the organism is effectively supported in its independence, to regulate the internal dysbalances itself. The restoration of the immunologic competence expresses itself clinically according to the rules of the regressive vicariation over a period of two years and can be objectified by the elimination of pathogenic microorganisms from the enteral microcosm.
