Ein physikalisches Testverfahren zur Untersuchung von Veränderungen der Wasserstruktur in situ

Abstract: By measuring the rate of decay of ultrafine gelatine capsules it can be verified, which influence any substances can have on the structure of water. This is interesting from the point of view of medicine, because the interactions in the metabolism are strongly influenced by the structure of water, and the structural influence e.g of drug components can considerably change the actual effect of the preparation.With this method it is also possible to quantitatively register the surface formation in water in an indirect way. Mineral surface formers like e.g. bentonite as well as cavities, which are dispersed in water, form surfaces, which can be measured with this method.
