Abstract: Three basic issues of the homoeopathy of chronic diseases are dealt with: 1. Hahnemann´s genuine homoeopathy, which has in contrast to empiric medicine - a law-like connection between drugs and disease (healing certanly). 2. Miasmas as a historic problem and a problem relating to practice. 3. Paragraph 3 of Organon as the basis of the healing of chronic diseases with genuine homoeopathy.
